- In the exam room, you’ll be seated at our state-of-the-art digital eye exam station, equipped with a modern phoropter and high-definition display screen.
- A certified remote technician will appear on screen to perform a comprehensive subjective refraction, which is the part of the exam when you’re asked, “which is better, 1 or 2?”. During this, our on-site team member provides hands-on assistance throughout the process.
- Following the refraction, your remote optometrist will discuss the results with you in detail and address any questions or concerns you may have.
- Your optometrist will finalize your prescription and provide any necessary referrals or follow-up care instructions, maintaining the same standard of care as an in-person visit.
- Your prescription will be printed out for you, completing the examination process.
