Dr. Emily Schwartz is originally from Williamsville, New York, and is very excited to have returned to the Buffalo area to join Fichte, Endl, and Elmer Eyecare. Dr. Schwartz graduated summa cum laude from Ithaca College in 2011 with a B.A. in Writing, and earned her doctorate in Optometry in 2015 from the New England College of Optometry in Boston. She has been working with Fichte, Endl, and Elmer Eyecare since 2015 and has experience with primary care optometry, ocular disease, dry eye, and postoperative care. She also volunteers at free eye clinics in Western New York through the Lions club, and elsewhere in New York State through the Remote Area Medical organization. In her free time, she enjoys reading and travel.
