As a 1997 graduate of Erie Community College's Ophthalmic Dispensing Department, and as a New York State Licensed Optician, Keith has had a wonderful opportunity to work in large corporate, small corporate, independent optometry, and now ophthalmology. In that vast experience, Keith learned that the key to success combines excellent quality products and exceptional customer service. As a father of four, Keith also knows the importance of working with a budget, without sacrificing style, function, or integrity. In his spare time, Keith enjoys the outdoors and woodworking.

Lindsay is a Licensed Optician, specializing in fitting contact lenses and scleral lenses for individuals with keratoconus. She graduated from Erie Community College in 2019 with a degree in Ophthalmic dispensing and a bachelor's from the University at Buffalo. She has a passion for helping those with complex vision needs. Lindsay provides personalized care and innovative solutions to improve her patients' quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting and hiking along the Niagara River gorge trails.

Jessica is a hard-working optician with a passion for enhancing people's vision and improving their quality of life through better sight. Since becoming a Licensed Optician in 2004, Jessica has acquired over two decades of experience in the field, honing her skills in eyewear selection, frame fitting, and patient care. Her commitment to quality and personalized service has earned her a reputation as a trusted eye care professional. Beyond her work in the optical world, Jessica is passionate about coaching cheerleading and acro dance. With her enthusiasm for physical fitness and artistic expression, she inspires and motivates young athletes to achieve their goals both on and off the mat. As a coach she emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence, instilling valuable life skills in her students that extend beyond sports.

Katelyn is a 2015 Erie Community College graduate with an associate's degree in Ophthalmic dispensing. She is known for her friendly demeanor & hard work. She is a New York State Licensed Optician with her American Board of Opticians (ABO) certification. She is dedicated to helping patients with all their ophthalmic needs from working within a specific budget, to finding the most flattering frame, to achieving the perfect contact lens fit. She is a family-oriented Mom who enjoys spending her free time outdoors.

Amy is a dedicated and skilled New York State Licensed Optician and contact lens practitioner. She is a 1987 graduate of Erie Community College where she earned an AAS degree in Ophthalmic Dispensing. With over 35 years of experience in the Western New York optical industry, her areas of expertise include soft and gas permeable contact lens fitting and extensive experience in Toric multifocal & monovision fits. She excels in spectacle adjustments, fitting, and repairs. Amy takes pride in helping her patients find the perfect eyewear solutions tailored to their unique needs. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband & daughters. She enjoys riding her bike, traveling & a good cup of coffee roasted by her husband. She is a music lover and looks forward to live shows & concerts. Amy makes a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients, one pair of glasses or contacts at a time.

Kyle's job title is Optical Assistant. His role was created to enhance the overall patient experience. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service, Kyle has swiftly become an indispensable member of the optical team. He assists the opticians on the sales floor, and in the lab and works directly with patients. He enjoys learning all he can on the job & has developed a reputation as a helpful, hardworking, and knowledgeable staff member. Kyle was born in Canada, and he loves watching hockey and tennis.
