Fichte, Endl & Elmer Eyecare is pleased to announce the introduction of secure on-line service through our all new Patient Portal. These services will help our patients correspond securely, keep information up to date and are available 24/7 from the privacy of your home. Once signed up, patients will be able to gain access to their medical records, request an appointment or medication refill, leave a non urgent message for a doctor and access medical forms.
To register for the patient portal patients will need a unique ID Number also know as a ‘Token ” number. They can get this number in person at their next appointment or by calling the office at 1-800-309-2020. To gain access to the portal visit www.fichte.com and click the patient portal button at the top of the home page.
Being in the forefront of technology is a priority to us, look for paperless billing to be added to the portal in 2015!
